Tryouts

E-mail Print PDF

The California Desperados are always looking for talented players.  We usually have formal tryouts in August followed by open workouts during the year.

Our tryouts usually consist of a pitcher/catcher tryout followed by an all position tryout either on the same or different day.  We will continue having tryouts until all positions have been filled.

Our open workouts are generally open to any player who are interested in our organization. We believe that these open workouts allow us the opportunity to get to know the player and assess their ability. We hope that it allows the player and the player's family an opportunity to assess what we have to offer without the pressure of a formal tryout. Anyone is invited to attend these open workouts.

If you are interested in attending an open workout, fee free to leave us a note here - contact us.
